Your First Session

Your first session lasts between 50–80 minutes. During this time, you and your therapist will discuss your concerns, background, and goals to create a personalized therapy plan. Together, you'll decide on session frequency (e.g., weekly or biweekly at 50 or 80 minutes), which can be adjusted as needed.
