Who Is This For?

How do we support 2SLGBTQIA+ clients?

Are you questioning your identity, navigating a transition, looking to heal from discrimination or trauma, or simply looking for a therapist who understands and affirms 2SLGBTQIA+ clients' lived experiences? Our queer-informed clinicians are here to support you.

Our clinicians provide gender-affirming, queer-informed, and culturally responsive care that honours your identity without requiring you to educate your therapist. We recognize the unique challenges that many people from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community face while also acknowledging that your identity is only one part of who you are.

We can help you navigate:

  • Gender identity exploration and gender dysphoria
  • Mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, and self-esteem)
  • Navigating cultural or religious identities
  • Relationship challenges and queer relationship counselling
  • Sexual orientation and coming out
