Who Is This For?

What are mood disorders?

Mood disorders are mental health conditions characterized by prolonged and intense emotional states -- either low (like in depression) or fluctuating between highs and lows (as seen in bipolar disorder). These aren’t just "bad days" or mood swings. They’re ongoing patterns that affect how you feel, think, and function.

Who Is This For?

How do we help clients with mood disorders?

Our clinicians take a personalized and culturally sensitive approach to mental health. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or have been managing symptoms for years, we offer a safe space to explore your story, build resilience, and regain emotional balance.

Our clinicians can help with the following:

  • Individual psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, and more)
  • Support for co-occuring anxiety or trauma
